No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
- Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon reporting damaged items, please include up to 4 detailed images of the product and the documentation that arrived with the order. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.
